We seek talented, fast learning and motivated individuals with the desire to support development of poor in rural areas. Credo strives to hire and retain qualified personnel who perform effectively on their positions as well as participate in the ministry of Credo.

If you are interested in current vacancy in the company, go to the vacancy list and fill in application form, or submit filled application form in Credo office.
If you comply with qualification demands of a certain vacancy, we will send you SMS about testing time and date. Every applicant writes 60 minute IQ test.
If you go through testing stage successfully you will be invited on job interview.
We contact with successful candidates within one week from job interview. After passing all selection stages negotiation about job conditions will be done with Company management. Every newly hired employee has to pass 3 month probationary period.
If you have passed the test successfully and you have been invited on interview, your qualification and skills meet with Credo demands. But if at that particular stage we do not need additional staff, you automatically will be included in Credo Staff Reserve. Every reserved applicant will get SMS about being in reserve. We employ reserve as soon as we have open vacancy.
