Credo offers the best health insurance package to its employees. Insurance premium is completely covered by the organization. Health insurance scheme is activated from probation period. Employees can also insure family members, siblings and parents.
Upon 1 year of working experience at Credo employees are entitled to subscribe to pension insurance scheme. Credo transfers 2% of employee’s monthly salary on private pension fund account. In case employee by himself adds 2% from his/her salary, Credo automatically adds additional 1%, so totally 5% of employee’s salary is transferred in pension fund on a monthly basis.
