Client Protection Certificate granted by the Smart Campaign is a recognition issued to Credo that shows the company is in compliance with the following seven principles:
1. Appropriate product design and delivery
2. Prevention of over-indebtedness
4. Responsible pricing
5. Fair and respectful treatment of clients
6. Privacy of client data
7. Mechanisms for complaint resolution
The complex process of Credo’s assessment had been conducted by the independent international rating agency Microfinanza Rating.

The Smart Campaign is a global effort, guided by the experience and expertise of microfinance leaders from around the world who are committed to strengthening their businesses and supporting their clients. It was founded in 2008 and more than 4,600 microfinance organizations, investors, donors or individuals around the world have endorsed the Campaign. As being socially responsible organization Credo is the member of the campaign since 2009.
